French Lick Scenic Railway & The Indiana Railway Museum

Along with the blossoms of Easter flowers and budding of the Dogwood trees, comes the opening of the French Lick Scenic Railway & The Indiana Railway Museum for the season.
Beginning March 20th, the railway resumes regular scheduled operation with 20 mile trips into the Hoosier National Forest. The diesel powered locomotives roll past limestone cuts, and the 2,200 foot Burton Tunnel, the second longest railroad tunnel in the state
This year the opening is more exciting than ever thanks to a new special event – Murder on the French Lick Express. After a sumptuous dinner under the tented dining area, guests will assist the local authorities in solving the murder!
